Our services

• Free Agile Clinic :
  A free no-obligation advice session of up to 1 hour with one of our agile practitioners to discuss particular issues you are facing.
• Team Review Service (1 day, on-site):
  We come in, talk about what you expect from your team, observe your team doing what it does and produce a report with some recommendations.
• Get Agile Workshop (2 - 3 days, on-site):
  As with the Team Review Service, but we extend this by mentoring your team to implement some or all of the recommendations we make in the report. A great way to introduce agile techniques into a team.
• ScrumMaster Review Service (ongoing, 1 day block, on-site):
  An ongoing service where one of our experienced Certified Scrum Masters will mentor your team leaders/project manager to ensure that your team is always performing effectively and your managers get access to highly experienced and innovative agile practioners.
• Advice Service (various pricing models available to suit)
  You get assigned an agile practioner who you can contact directly via Telephone/Email/IM (chat) to get advice on approach, techniques, technical and process issues.
